The shipment is not reached to me, shipping company giving excuses and its stuck in delhi. Is this how a world class iem company handle it’s deliveries??

I really love them, there’s only one little thing that I kinda hate about them and that they don’t have a left and right indicator… I mean, there is one but it’s quite hard to see in the dark…. Also plugs are hard to put in, but everything else is amazing! They have a very good passive sound isolation!
