Shipping Policy
TANGZU offers free shipping on all products to countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address. Shipping fee is always a hass. That’s why TANGZU doesn’t have them.

1. Free Shipping or Express Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping with all items. It takes 5-20 business days to arrive in most of the countries/areas.

- Express Shipping is available and the shipping fee is $35-$60 ( According to each shipping country). It usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive in most of the countries/areas. TANGZU ships to most countries, such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, European countries, etc.

- English shipping address is needed when selecting "Express Shipping".

*Due to recent surges in outbreaks, existing shipping time will be delayed by 5-15 days in the US. (if you've selected express shipping, US shipping time will not be affected).

2. Processing Time
We need 1-3 business days processing time and then your order will be shipped (Monday-Friday).In very few cases, we can't within 24 hours, but we promise to ship it within 1-3 business days.

3. Shipping Method
- Most of the parcels are delivered through the local mailing system after arriving in the destination country.

- Some of the parcels are handled through DHL or USPS according to the customer's requirements.

- The details are included in the notification email when the parcel is shipped out.

*Customs fees and taxes in different regions shall be borne by customer.

4. Delivery Times
Our goal is to get your items to you quickly. Please allow 7-28 days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation. Please check the picture to confirm how long it will take for the delivery.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us at, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

6. When will you ship the item?
We'll ship the item ASAP and upload the tracking number within 7 working days, but the time of delivery depends on local delivery speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control. Usually, it takes 7-20 working days for you to receive the parcel.

Which shipping company will the parcel be shipped with? For most of the US and Europe orders, it will be shipped by Yunexpress,HK DHL eCommerce, DHL, EMS, FEDEX. For orders in Asia, it will be shipped according to local circumstances.

7. Can you declare the parcel as a gift?
No, sorry the courier service does not accept this kind of declarations.

8. VAT or import tax included?
Due to the customs policy of different countries, we CAN NOT control the taxes. Our product price does not include VAT tax for your country. We will try our best to declare a comparatively lower value for the product.

In order to provide the best support for our customer, we decide to bear around 20% of the VAT taxes and fees, you will only need to cover the rest of 5%-9% (depends on each European countries' VAT policy).

9. Remote area shipping cost?
Free shipping does NOT include remote area shipping cost. We'll email to notify customers if their address has been defined as a remote area on DHL website, a $20-$40 additional fee will be applied before shipment.

10. How can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address for the first 60 minutes after the order is placed. Simply email us at during Customer Service Hours. It can’t change the shipping address after 60 minutes of your order.

11. Additional notice about shipping?
We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that your parcel is stuck in the customs due to any custom clearance reasons. If the client does not provide any necessary information that is required by the customs (such as tax payment) in a timely manner. The parcel will be returned to the shipping company's country of origin warehouse (Usually, it's in Singapore or Hong Kong). If the client wants to re-ship the parcel, you may need to pay an additional fee(according to the bill from our shipping company). If you decide not to get the parcel at your own discretion, you may need to carry the burden for return shipping cost(according to the bill from our shipping company). We will refund the retail price(not including extra shipping cost if paid when you placed your order) after the deduction of the return shipping cost.

-We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that either delivery address or phone number is incorrect. However, if the client does not reply to our inquiry promptly, it will lead to the failure of the parcel delivery. The client may need to carry the burden of additional cost for re-delivery.
