I originally purchased these headphones on AliExpress during a sale. Unfortunately, they were never shipped, and my order was eventually cancelled. By that point, the sale had ended, and the price had gone back up.
I decided to reach out to TANGZU's customer service, and I couldn't be happier with how they handled the situation. Within just two days, they arranged to send me another pair at the original sale price and even covered the customs fees!
As much as I absolutely love these headphones and have been thoroughly enjoying them for gaming (I actually prefer them over my Kithara!), I have to say that the real star of the show here was TANGZU's outstanding customer service.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make things right.
